We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and service-oriented Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Embassy Suites Denver Tech Center. This position is responsible for helping maintain the hotel’s facilities, guest rooms, equipment, and public areas to ensure a safe and exceptional guest experience.
Compensation:$21 - $23 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the property
- Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Complete guest room repairs and maintenance requests promptly
- Maintain hotel appearance and operational standards
- Respond quickly to maintenance emergencies
- Assist with inspections and safety compliance procedures
- Keep maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas organized
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel maintenance or general maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
