Role Description The Front Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Embassy Suites Dallas - Love Field in Dallas, TX. This role oversees the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes and a consistently positive guest experience. Responsibilities include supervising front office team members, scheduling staff, managing shuttle service, managing reservations and room assignments, and handling guest inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism. The Front Office Manager monitors service standards, coordinates with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness, and helps implement policies and procedures to maximize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The role also involves training team members, maintaining accurate records, and supporting hotel leadership with reporting and front office initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong front office and office administration skills, including managing daily desk operations, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records.
- Demonstrated ability in customer service and customer satisfaction, with experience resolving guest issues and creating a welcoming environment.
