Primary Objective of Position:
- Prepare and oversee the breakfast area for delivery of the guests' complimentary breakfast and customer service in accordance with the hotel's policies/procedures, and the brand's standards to achieve and maintain guest satisfaction, product quality, and safety and security.

Major Areas of Accountability:
- Ensures guest satisfaction by preparing breakfast daily according to operational policies and standards and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
- Prepare and set-up breakfast items.
- Greet and acknowledge guests as they arrive. Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation with guests.
- Bus and clear tables, straighten chairs and properly arrange the furniture.
- Brew fresh coffee as needed.
- Restock drink and food items and other supplies (ex. Plastic ware, napkins, cups, etc.)
- Maintain the cleanliness of the breakfast area, keeping it orderly.
- Wiping up spills.
- Empty trash receptacles.
- Thank guests as they depart.
- Clean all equipment and breakfast/kitchen areas.
- Sweep and mop dining /kitchen area.
- Properly store all unused drink, food items and supplies in accordance with health codes.
- Inspect storage areas, fridges, and freezers for inventory counts.
- Follow hotel operational procedures to ensure orders are placed for items that are below par levels.
- Receive supplies, date and rotate stock.
- Contributes to guest satisfaction by attending to breakfast bar guest needs.
- Acquires a working , in-house facilities, and local information to respond to guest questions in these areas as required.
- Informs manager of any guest dissatisfaction.
