Join us as the Maintenance Director of our skilled nursing facility. We are seeking a kind and motivated person who excels at customer service as the work you do is in our residents’ homes.
Job Details:
- Full-time, generally 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday, but occasional evening or weekend hours may be required based on needs of the facility.
- $21 to $24 per hour based on experience.
- Looking for an energetic and organized individual who has an interest in maintaining a long-term care building that is home to many great residents.
- A great candidate will have knowledge in long-term care building codes.
- Duties may include fixing and maintaining facility equipment and working with local contractors in the Sioux City area.
- Excellent time management skills a plus.
- Experience with TELS program, good problem solving skills and availability for emergencies 24-7.
- Must have a good communication skills to work with our amazing team.
