Job Summary
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing and coordinating high-quality nursing care, ensuring resident safety, and supporting clinical excellence throughout the community.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Assess residents and respond to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments
- Supervise and support LPNs and nursing assistants
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania
- Long-term care or assisted living experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Reliable, team-oriented, and resident-focused
