What You’ll Do
- Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding for staff.
- Manage employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate HR records.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate training, in-services, and staff development.
- Serve as a business partner to the leadership team.
- HR management or generalist experience (healthcare/long-term care preferred).
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Payroll/HRIS experience preferred.
