Embassy of Hearthside is currently seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator ( LNHA) to join their team.

We are a 157-bed skilled nursing facility in State College, Pennsylvania. You’ll find premier subacute rehabilitation, memory care and long-term clinical services in a comfortable environment. Our expertly trained clinical and therapy teams provide comprehensive rehabilitation plans customized for each patient.

Embassy of Hearthside utilizes state-of-the-art technology, medically advised best practices and a unique clinical service model to cater to you or your loved one’s complex needs. We’re conveniently located near Westerly Parkway and Penn State University, allowing easy access to a variety of shops, businesses and restaurants.

Duties And Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

• Ability to oversee and ensure facility operation is in accordance with the established policies and procedures and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Establish facility budgets and financial goals
• Ensure preparation compliance for regulatory surveys
• Strategize with team members on census development and programs or services within the community.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare
• Excellent financial, management and interpersonal skills
• Successful history of regulatory compliance, census development and quality improvement
• Must possess current Ohio Nursing Home Administrator’s license
• Minimum 3 years of previous experience preferred
