Responsibilities
Client case management and timely, accurate documentation of work into HMIS software.
Protect client confidentiality.
Meet clients for outreach in the community and at shelters, rental inspections, lease signings, and monthly home visits.
Collaborate with ERBA staff, other organizations, and the community for resources needed.
Complete vouchers for payment.
Uphold all grant regulations required by State and Federal funding.
Based in the Mattoon office but must travel within surrounding counties to perform job duties during work hours, using company car or reimbursed for mileage. Occasional travel for trainings or conferences may take you further in the region.
Qualifications
2 years of successful experience in social work is preferred.
Some college level education is preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be able to pass drug screenings before employment and at random.
