Kyriba is the platform corporate treasury teams run on — cash visibility, liquidity forecasting, financial risk, payments, and bank/ERP connectivity, all in one place. As the Kyriba Service Offering Director, you'll drive the building out of our Kyriba practice from the ground up — setting the strategy, leading implementations and optimizations, and building out our team.

Your Role

As the Kyriba Service Offering Director, you'll:

• Partner with existing Embark leaders to build up our Kyriba practice— set the strategy for where we invest, which industries we target, and how we differentiate as a Kyriba partner.
• Lead Kyriba implementations and optimizations — from new deployments to upgrades and process improvements for existing clients — across cash and liquidity management, financial risk (FX, debt, and investments), payments, and bank/ERP connectivity.
• Set the technical standards for how we architect Kyriba environments — connectivity, APIs, and integrations with ERPs, GLs, and banking networks — so every engagement is built to scale.
• Build the tools, training, and playbooks our Kyriba team will run on as we grow it, so quality and speed don't ride on any one person.
• Represent Embark at Kyriba events, user groups, and industry forums, building our name as a go-to Kyriba implementation partner.
• Build relationships with CFOs, treasurers, and other finance leaders, and turn those conversations into engagements.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a bench of Kyriba consultants who can run implementations and optimizations independently.
• Partner with business development on proposals, RFPs, and scoping for Kyriba engagements.

What You Bring

• Deep, hands-on Kyriba experience — you've implemented it across cash and liquidity management, financial risk (FX, debt, and investments), payments, and connectivity, and you know how it plugs into ERPs, GLs, and banking networks.
• A track record of building a practice or service line from the ground up, not just delivering projects.
• Real treasury and liquidity chops — you can talk cash forecasting, FX risk, and payment operations as comfortably as you can talk architecture.
• Strong people leadership — you coach well, communicate clearly, and stay steady when things are ambiguous.

Typical Compensation range $210,000
