Title: Regional Vice President – MEP Operations
Location: Southeast U.S. (Georgia, Florida, or Tennessee)

Our client, a leading MEP contractor, is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President to lead and scale its Electrical and HVAC operations (with future Plumbing expansion) across the Southeast region for their single-family divisions. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, profitability, and strong builder relationships while developing high-performing regional teams.
Position Overview
The Regional Vice President will oversee regional operations for residential MEP divisions, ensuring financial performance, operational stability, and alignment with organizational goals. This role partners closely with internal departments and external building partners to support continued growth and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all regional MEP divisions, ensuring profitability and operational stability
• Own full P&L responsibility for combined divisions within the region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional building partners to drive growth and collaboration
• Review operational and financial reports to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Partner with estimating, purchasing, warehouse, and other internal teams to ensure efficient execution
• Establish and enforce departmental policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Lead, mentor, and develop management teams through coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with Human Resources on workforce planning, hiring, training, and employee relations
• Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies related to conduct, ethics, and workplace standards
• Perform additional duties as required to support business objectives
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of related leadership or operational experience
Preferred:
• Certification through the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM)
