What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily financial transactions, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
• Handle payroll processing and maintain compliance with all relevant laws.
• Manage both accounts receivable and payable, including billing and collections.
• Reconcile bank accounts and support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Work closely with auditors and provide necessary documentation during reviews.
• Uphold company policies and accounting standards in all financial activities.
• Pitch in on special projects and support the finance team as needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.
• Familiarity with accounting software (such as QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• High ethical standards and respect for confidentiality.
• Certification in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus.
