eMazzanti Technologies, an award-winning Managed Services Provider headquartered in historic Hoboken, NJ, is expanding our digital marketing team as we reinvent how managed services are marketed and sold to small and medium-sized businesses.
We are a cybersecurity-focused MSP serving SMB and mid-market clients throughout the Northeast. We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Growth Hacker to help accelerate demand generation, optimize marketing performance, and drive measurable business growth.
The ideal candidate thrives on experimentation, enjoys finding innovative ways to generate leads, and leverages data to identify opportunities that increase pipeline and revenue. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence growth initiatives across marketing, sales, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and launch multi-channel campaigns targeting cybersecurity and technology buyers.
- Create email sequences, workflows, and marketing automation within HubSpot.
- Optimize landing pages, forms, and customer journeys to improve conversion rates.
- Create compelling content including blogs, emails, social media posts, campaign assets, and lead-generation materials focused on cybersecurity, managed IT services, compliance, MDR, SOC, and risk reduction.
- Track marketing KPIs, maintain dashboards, and report weekly campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing on advertisements, email subject lines, calls-to-action, landing pages, and other marketing assets.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Support SEO initiatives and improve organic search visibility.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to support demand generation and pipeline growth.
- Continuously research, test, and implement new growth strategies and marketing channels.

Core Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, or related marketing roles within a technology company.
- Strong execution skills across SEO, paid media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
- Ability to translate cybersecurity concepts into clear, compelling, and customer-focused messaging.
- Experience with HubSpot, including campaigns, workflows, automation, and reporting.
- Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and digital marketing analytics tools.
- Strong written communication and content creation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
