What You'll Actually Be Doing
You'll be the heartbeat of our investor relations, capital markets, and brand presence. You'll help keep investors informed, support capital-raising efforts, maintain accurate investment records, and ensure our reporting and marketing reflect the quality of our projects. What You Bring to the Table
- Understanding investments, private equity, or real estate finance.
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills.

- Experience creating presentations, marketing materials, or investor-facing communications.
- Strong eye for branding, visual presentation, and storytelling.
- High proficiency with AI tools and workflow automation.
- CRM, email marketing, or investor database experience preferred.
- Real estate investment experience is a major plus.
- Hebrew fluency is a plus.
The Day-to-Day Breakdown
1. Investor Relations & Capital Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries.
- Prepare investor updates, performance reports, and portfolio summaries.
- Guide investors through onboarding, subscription documents, and investment funding.
- Maintain investor records, capital accounts, and communication history.
- Prepare waterfall distribution models and capital account reconciliations.
- Calculate distributions and maintain accurate ownership records.
- Track investor commitments, capital call schedules, and anticipated distribution timelines.
- Support K-1 preparation and coordinate with tax preparers to ensure timely delivery to investors.
- Communicate confidently with domestic and international investors and partners.
2. Capital Raising & Investor Experience
- Support new capital raises by preparing offering memoranda, investor presentations, and subscription packages.
- Maintain and update the investor pipeline, including prospects, commitments, and follow-up activities.
- Help create a best-in-class investor experience from first conversation through investment lifecycle.
3. Portfolio Reporting, Marketing & Brand Storytelling
- Build monthly and quarterly investor presentations, reporting packages, and fundraising materials.
- Track project budgets versus actual performance and flag significant variances.
- Reconcile lender draws and construction disbursements for investor reporting purposes.
- Keep financial and operational data accurate, organized, and presentation-ready.
- Create project updates, milestone announcements, case studies, and portfolio highlights.
- Develop content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, website updates, and investor communications.
- Maintain website content, project pages, and marketing collateral.
- Design reports and presentations that clearly communicate investment performance and project progress.
- Support brand-building initiatives that strengthen EM8's visibility with investors, lenders, and industry partners.
- Coordinate photography, video, project updates, and marketing assets for developments and acquisitions.
4. Operations & Process Improvement
- Coordinate investor meetings, lender calls, and key stakeholder communications.
- Manage internal trackers, checklists, and reporting workflows.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
