Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels to promote used vehicle inventory
- Conduct effective negotiations to close deals that satisfy both customer needs and dealership goals
- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by tracking prospects, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM software
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize revenue
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of inventory, pricing strategies, and market trends to provide accurate information and advice
- Support inventory management by coordinating vehicle listings, pricing adjustments, and stock control efforts
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, demonstrating product features confidently, and ensuring a positive buying experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of used vehicle markets
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end sales effectively
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and maintain accurate records within CRM systems
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
- Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities for presentations or dealership events
- Experience with outbound sales strategies such as cold calling and B2B (business-to-business) outreach
- Familiarity with inventory management, retail math, and dealership operations is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of professionalism
