Qualifications:
- Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing or other complex, fast-growing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 15 years of progressive HR experience, with significant leadership experience in HR Operations, Total Rewards, and HR Systems.
- Expertise in compensation, benefits, HR technology, analytics, global mobility, and compliance.
- Proven ability to scale HR operations in a high-growth transformation environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Experience leading and developing senior-level teams.
Requirements:
- candidate should have at least 15 years of progressive experience with subject matter expertise in Total Rewards (Comp & Benefits), Systems (HRIS, Payroll systems implementation and optimization), and HR audit & Compliance.
- Need at least 10 years of HR Leadership experience at or above the Director level
- This role requires to be in office 4 days each week and permits remote work 1 day a week.
- Has to led HR Operations in a fast-paced, rapidly growing work environment.

Base Salary – $210,000 – $255,000
