What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager (Multi-Site Manufactured Home Communities) position at ELYA Holdings, LLC?
The Property Manager is responsible for managing 2 manufactured home communities properties in Paw Paw and Mattawan. This is a full-time position intended for a person with prior property management experience with great customer service and the has ability to work on flexible schedule. MUST BE ATEAM PLAYER! This person needs to be located in the Kalamazoo area. Ability to travel between properties is required. Must have a valid Driver License. Ability to manage maintenance/lawn crew.
Responsibilities:
Collect and enter rent and home payments to the system with accuracy.
Deposit rent payments timely
Prepare 5-day notice to pay or quit letters
Show available units to potential tenants
File for eviction and appear in court
Respond to resident phone calls timely
Manage time effectively with organization
Other tasks as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
