The Property Manager is responsible for helping the Regional Manager in managing a 2 manufactured home communities in the Paw Paw with 152 lots . This is a full-time position intended for a person with some form of prior property management experience and ability to work on flexible schedule. The person needs to be located in Paw Paw area and work full time.
Responsibilities:
- Enter rent payments to the system
- Deposit rent payments
- Prepare pay or quit letters
- Show available units to potential tenants
- Send eviction materials to attorney
- Attend to calls from tenants
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
