CAD Designer - Steel Fabrication Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $23.00 to $28.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

• Create detailed CAD drawings and fabrication plans for steel canopies and structural components
• Revise and update drawings based on engineering input, production needs, and customer changes
• Collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to ensure accurate, build-ready designs
• Develop material lists, measurements, and layout details to support manufacturing and installation
• Maintain organized drawing files and documentation in line with company standards

CAD Designer - Steel Fabrication Qualifications:

• Proven experience using CAD software to create detailed technical drawings
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications accurately
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, including indoor and outdoor areas
• Must have basic math skills and experience using a tape measure for precise measurements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; steel-toed boots required for safety operations
