We are seeking a motivated and physically capable Temporary Process Excellence Operator to support continuous improvement efforts within a manufacturing environment. This hands-on role focuses on implementing workplace organization, visual management, and efficiency improvements across production areas. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Process Excellence Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $23.50 /hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)
- Support Process Excellence (PEX) initiatives and improvement projects across the facility
- Work closely with PEX Specialists, Technicians, and Production teams to execute improvement plans
- Implement visual management systems including floor markings, tape applications, painting, and layout updates
- Build, assemble, and install wooden structures such as workstations, tool boards, shelving, and panels
- Follow all safety procedures and consistently wear required
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Assist in maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe production environment
Process Excellence Operator Qualifications:
- Be able to work outside and wear PPE
- Walking up to 8 miles per day Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Continuous standing, bending, reaching, and manual labor
- Work in a manufacturing/industrial environment with strict safety standards
- Required High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in a physically demanding manufacturing or industrial role
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
