Job Title : Project Superintendent
Location : West Palm Beach, FL
Salary Range : $90,000 - $120,000
Our client, a respected and rapidly growing general contractor based in West Palm Beach, is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to join their team. With a diverse portfolio that includes industrial / manufacturing facilities, gymnasiums, private FBO and airport hangars, emergency response facilities, office buildings, and religious buildings, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead and oversee a variety of challenging and impactful construction projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the day-to-day operations of construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and labor forces to achieve project goals
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress, update schedules, and adjust plans as necessary to maintain timelines and cost targets
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve issues as they arise
- Maintain open communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction
- Prepare regular reports on project status, including budget, timelines, and any risks or delays
