✔ Lead & Mentor – Manage and develop a team of estimators, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
✔ Strategic Estimating – Oversee cost estimates for commercial and industrial projects, optimizing budgets and proposals.
✔ Risk & Cost Analysis – Identify potential cost risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
✔ Market Expertise – Stay ahead of pricing trends, labor costs, and industry shifts.
✔ Client & Vendor Relations – Foster strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

🎯 What You Bring:
🔹 10 years of experience in estimating, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
🔹 Strong background in commercial and industrial construction estimating.
🔹 Expertise in estimating software (e.g., ProEst, Sage Estimating, or Bluebeam).
🔹 Excellent negotiation and communication skills with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
