Carrier Development Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Source, develop, and maintain relationships with truckload carriers.
- Make high-volume outbound calls (80 per day) to build carrier capacity.
- Negotiate freight rates to maximize profitability.
- Match available freight with carrier capacity.
- Monitor shipments and proactively resolve service issues.
- Track freight documentation and ensure billing accuracy.
- Research market trends, carrier capacity, and pricing to support sales.
- Deliver outstanding service to carrier partners while growing the carrier network.
What We're Looking For
