Our client is building the AI-native ATS and CRM for recruitment and staffing firms, helping agencies manage candidates, automate workflows, and close placements faster. They're Series A, backed by Y Combinator, and growing around 40% month on month. They're rebuilding a $700B industry's core software from scratch and are now building out their New York presence.
We're hiring an SDR/BDR to own outbound pipeline generation for the US market. This is a foundational hire on the commercial team, working closely with the Account Executives and reporting into a senior GTM leader.
What you'll do
- Run high-volume outbound across cold calls, email sequencing, and LinkedIn to build pipeline from scratch
- Book and qualify demos with recruitment and staffing firm decision-makers
- Research target accounts and help shape outreach messaging as the US motion scales
- Join sales calls to learn the full cycle, with a clear path toward closing
What we're looking for
- Proven outbound experience: cold calling, email sequencing, LinkedIn prospecting, with results you can point to
- A track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Confident, clear communicator who can get in front of senior stakeholders
- High energy, self-starter mentality, comfortable building a motion rather than following one
- Curiosity about AI, sales technology, or the recruitment/staffing industry is a plus
