Job description:
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Gaming Cafe Store Manager to provide exceptional customer service in a lively gaming environment. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, assist guests with their needs, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cafe. Experience in food service, hospitality, or related fields is preferred to deliver a seamless experience for our patrons. This role offers an engaging work environment where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential. Supervise 3-5 staff members. Scheduling, shopping, and ensuring other staff are performing their duties.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance throughout their visit
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and gaming areas, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations
- Assist with setup and cleanup for special events or catering services
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns professionally
Pay: From $650.00 per week
