Job Summary:

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations
- Provide information and answer questions about the facility and services
- Resolve customer complaints or conflicts in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Perform basic math calculations for cash handling purposes
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong conflict management abilities to handle customer complaints or conflicts effectively
- Proficient in cash handling procedures, including counting money, making change, and processing payments
- Ability to provide exceptional guest services by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
