The Engineering Support-Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and provide technical guidance on complex customer requirements. Responsibilities include engaging with existing and potential customers, providing engineering support during the sales process, developing technical presentations, managing accounts, and driving sales for Elotek's product lines. The role also involves conducting market analysis, ensuring customer satisfaction, and nurturing long-term relationships with clients. This is a full-time on-site role based in San Clemente, CA.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts such as data acquisition, telemetry, factory automation, and physical measurement
- Experience in customer relationship management, account management, and business development
