We have an exciting opportunity for a property manager at beautiful Stonegate Apartments in Columbus, Indiana.

Ideal candidates :
- Two or more years of multifamily management experience
- Excellent customer service and positive attitude
- Extensive experience with industry software. Yardi knowledge is a plus.
- A complete understanding of industry collection practices and policies
- Ability to work independently and efficiently as this is a single person office, with one maintenance and part time floating maintenance team members.
