About the Role

We’re seeking a friendly, motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at a 224-unit apartment community in Fairfield, OH. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes pride in helping others find their perfect home, and thrives in a dynamic, team-focused environment. As the first point of contact for future residents, you’ll help shape a positive experience that reflects the quality and care of our community.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Promote the community through creative marketing and outreach initiatives
• Process applications, lease agreements, and renewals accurately and efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of apartment availability, pricing, and lease terms
• Follow up with prospects to ensure strong communication throughout the leasing process
• Support resident events and contribute to positive resident relations
• Collaborate closely with the property management and maintenance teams

Qualifications

• 1 year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• A friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, RentCafe, or similar) a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed
