About Us:
Eloise’s Cleaning Services is a fast‑growing residential cleaning company in the U.S. We serve busy families with high‑quality, reliable home cleanings. We work with independent cleaner contractors and need a dedicated recruiter to keep our pipeline full.
This is a part‑time, fully remote role with performance bonuses.
- Your job is simple: keep our calendar full of qualified cleaners.
- You’ll source, screen, and onboard independent cleaning contractors so we can take on more clients without sacrificing quality.
- Source cleaner candidates daily from:
- Job boards (Care.com, Facebook groups, Craigslist, etc.)
- Our “Join Our Team” page applications
- Contact and pre‑screen all applicants quickly via Email / SMS / phone.
- Book paid test cleans with qualified candidates and keep show‑up rates high (confirmations and reminders).
- Coordinate and track the full pipeline:
- Application → first contact → test clean booked → test clean completed → paperwork done → activated → first jobs completed.
- Certificates of Insurance (COI)
- Contractor agreements and other onboarding documents
- Set up new contractors in our systems (BookingKoala, availability, service areas).
- Maintain accurate records of every candidate and their status in Go High Level.
- Fluent spoken and written English plus Spanish or Portuguese.
- 1 year experience in any of the following:
- Recruiting/talent sourcing
- Appointment setting / SDR / outbound lead gen
- High‑volume VA work with daily KPIs
- Comfortable doing high‑volume outreach and follow‑up every day
- Organized and detail‑oriented: can manage many candidates at different stages.
- Stable internet, quiet workspace, and ability to work U.S. time‑zone overlap.
- Daily outreach actions to candidates (messages, invites, calls).
- Applications contacted within 24 hours.
- Test cleans booked/completed per week.
- New contractors active and working after 30 and 60 days.
- Hourly base (USD) depending on experience.
- Performance bonus for each cleaner who: Passes test clean, completes onboarding, and is still active after 60 days.
