Bookkeeper / Office Manager
ELO Engineering is a growing contract manufacturer of metal components for successful manufacturing companies in the electronics, transportation, and medical industries. Our ISO certified precision metal fabrication capabilities include laser cutting, punching, welding, machining, painting and assembly. Our office and manufacturing facility is located in Fridley, MN.
Due to retirement, we are seeking a Bookkeeper / Office Manager. This individual will work directly with the President and our Controller/Financial Analyst to manage our accounting and administrative functions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll. While the duties are largely transactional and/or clerical, the position is critical and requires an experienced individual who brings reliability and friendly professionalism to our front office. This is a full-time, career position in a solid company that rewards performance and long-term employment.
Responsibilities:
· Accounts Payable administration, including weekly check preparation and disbursement.
· Accounts Receivable administration, including remote deposit and customer account posting.
· Daily Invoicing through our existing enterprise system.
· Payroll administration, including weekly submissions to our payroll service provider.
· Attendance record keeping.
Desired Qualifications:
· Five or more years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping within accounting/enterprise software systems.
· MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· The ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
· Associates Degree in Accounting or related discipline.
· Solid Employment History
