Elmore Sand & Gravel has an immediate open for Off Road Haul Truck Driver
NON-CDL position
Main duties include hauling rock and sand from pit to processing site
Duties and Responsibilities
• Daily equipment inspections.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance
• Report any issues with equipment to supervisor.
• Operate haul truck in safe and efficient manner
• Hauling sand and gravel from the pit to various places throughout the facility.
• Any other tasked assigned by management.
• Complete daily inspection report.
Qualifications:
• Must be willing to work weekends when necessary.
• Able to operate heavy equipment/ machinery.
• Ability to read, write and do basic math calculations in order to keep time and material records.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally.
Physical Requirements:
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some lifting, bending, pulling, standing, pushing, and squatting could all be required while working in this position.
Direct Reports
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
