Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Writing microservices in node.js typescript, postgres
- Integrating with distributed cloud services (e.g. SQS, SNS, EventBridge)
- Analyzing logs and monitors with observability tools
- Addressing escalations promptly and with frequent communication
- Maintaining a high bar for unit tests and code coverage
- Collaborating with the team during scrum ceremonies
Specific Education or Experience:
- 5 years of software development experience
- 4 years in Node.JS, database, and cloud infrastructure
Travel Requirements:
- Potential annual travel required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Database design, NoSQL experience
- Analytics, ETL, data warehouse architectures
- Modern devops experience
- Full stack experience
- Behavior Driven Development
- Datadog or other observability
- GraphQL
- Flutter
