Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college or university
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week for the full semester
- Curiosity for AI

- Full time student pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, AI/ML, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related program
- Explore innovative AI solutions to enhance construction operations
- Automate data tasks and improve reporting processes
- Uses AI and machine learning tools to clean, analyze, and interpret project and operational data
- Generates data visualizations and reports using Microsoft-based AI tools and functionalities
- Learns company data systems and how AI can enhance decision-making
- Identifies trends and insights in large datasets using AI-assisted analytics
- Researches and experiments with emerging AI tools applicable to construction operations
- Supports testing & deployment of AI solutions for process improvements Supports tracking and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs)
