Position Summary

Our Data Analytics Internship gives students hands-on experience using AI and data-driven tools to support real construction projects. Works closely with our analytics and operations teams while gaining skills.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college or university
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week for the full semester
• Curiosity for AI

Specific Education Or Experience

• Full time student pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, AI/ML, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related program
  
  

Intern Responsibilities

• Explore innovative AI solutions to enhance construction operations
• Automate data tasks and improve reporting processes
• Uses AI and machine learning tools to clean, analyze, and interpret project and operational data
• Generates data visualizations and reports using Microsoft-based AI tools and functionalities
• Learns company data systems and how AI can enhance decision-making
• Identifies trends and insights in large datasets using AI-assisted analytics
• Researches and experiments with emerging AI tools applicable to construction operations
• Supports testing & deployment of AI solutions for process improvements Supports tracking and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs)
