Requirements:Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and online inquiries
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments
Engage with customers to understand needs and promote service offerings
Follow up on declined services and missed opportunities
Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems
Partner with service advisors and internal teams to support customer retention
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Qualifications
Previous customer service, BDC, or call center experience preferred
Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups
Comfortable working with CRM systems and technology
Goal-oriented with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
