Are you a Business Application Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations? Join our team to bridge business needs with system capabilities, ensuring seamless ERP integration and continuous process improvement.
The Business Process Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O) plays a key role in analyzing, mapping, and optimizing business processes to support organizational goals and the group wide ERP implementations, particularly focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role bridges the gap between business and IT, ensuring that business needs are accurately captured, documented, and reflected in system design and configuration. The Business Process Analyst will support continuous improvement initiatives, driving operational efficiency and ensuring processes are aligned with best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a functional expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Analyze and optimize business applications and workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine system requirements
- Support testing, validation, and change management initiatives
- Ensure application security, system reports, and role-based access
- Provide first- and second-level internal support, coordinating third-level resources
- Monitor post-implementation performance and drive enhancements
- 7 years of experience with Microsoft ERP solutions (Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 F&O)
- 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in security management, data processing, and integration techniques
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred
Target Compensation: $113K - $135K
