What You'll Do
As our Talent Outreach & Recruitment Specialist, you will:
- Lead recruitment efforts using our Paycom Applicant Tracking System
- Review applications, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates
- Support leaders through structured recruitment and hiring processes
- Strengthen ECMC's presence at job fairs, community events, and school partnerships
- Coordinate clinical students, shadowing requests, internships, and affiliation agreements
- Assist with recruitment marketing—social posts, flyers, videos, and content creation
- Manage pre-employment steps such as background checks, references, and health screens
- Serve as a backup for HR operations in Paycom, including workflows and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service to applicants, students, and team members

Schedule & Environment
- Full-time, onsite role
- Standard office hours with occasional evening or weekend events

What We're Looking For
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, or administrative roles
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfort with technology, HR systems, or applicant tracking tools
Preferred:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience in healthcare or a similar fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Paycom or other HRIS systems
- Experience with marketing, student outreach, or workforce development
