✨ What You’ll Do

As our Talent Outreach & Recruitment Specialist, you will:

• Lead recruitment efforts using our Paycom Applicant Tracking System

• Review applications, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates

• Support leaders through structured recruitment and hiring processes

• Strengthen ECMC’s presence at job fairs, community events, and school partnerships

• Coordinate clinical students, shadowing requests, internships, and affiliation agreements

• Assist with recruitment marketing—social posts, flyers, videos, and content creation

• Manage pre-employment steps such as background checks, references, and health screens

• Serve as a backup for HR operations in Paycom, including workflows and documentation

• Provide exceptional customer service to applicants, students, and team members

📍 Schedule & Environment

• Full-time, onsite role

• Standard office hours with occasional evening or weekend events

• Frequent interaction with students, partners, applicants, and ECMC team members

Qualifications

🎓 What We’re Looking For

Required:

• High school diploma or GED

• Experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, or administrative roles

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong organization and attention to detail

• Comfort with technology, HR systems, or applicant tracking tools

Preferred:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field

• Experience in healthcare or a similar fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with Paycom or other HRIS systems

• Experience with marketing, student outreach, or workforce development
