⨠What Youâll Do
As our Talent Outreach & Recruitment Specialist, you will:

Lead recruitment efforts using our Paycom Applicant Tracking System

Review applications, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates
-
Support leaders through structured recruitment and hiring processes

Strengthen ECMCâs presence at job fairs, community events, and school partnerships

Coordinate clinical students, shadowing requests, internships, and affiliation agreements
-
Assist with recruitment marketingâsocial posts, flyers, videos, and content creation
-
Manage pre-employment steps such as background checks, references, and health screens
-
Serve as a backup for HR operations in Paycom, including workflows and documentation
-
Provide exceptional customer service to applicants, students, and team members

Qualifications
đ What Weâre Looking For
Required:

High school diploma or GED
-
Experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, or administrative roles

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
-
Strong organization and attention to detail
-
Comfort with technology, HR systems, or applicant tracking tools
Preferred:

Associateâs or Bachelorâs degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field

Experience in healthcare or a similar fast-paced environment
-
Familiarity with Paycom or other HRIS systems
-
Experience with marketing, student outreach, or workforce development
