🌐 What You’ll Do
As our Information Systems Manager, you will:

💾 Oversee all IT operations, including EHR integrity, network performance, data security, and system reliability

👥 Supervise, mentor, and support our IT team

🛠️ Lead and optimize our IT help desk ticketing system

🤝 Partner with department leaders to implement technology solutions

🔍 Troubleshoot complex IT challenges and provide high-level technical expertise

📈 Contribute to short- and long-term IT strategy and planning

📝 Help establish IT standards, system requirements, and organizational best practices

Bachelor’s Degree, in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred; Equivalent experience considered |
|
Experience: |
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Information and Technology Systems preferred, including internal/shared/outsourced systems, multiple hardware platforms, integration, and communication systems. Required minimum 2 years management experience of direct reports, in a healthcare setting preferred. Required minimum 2 years’ Cerner experience, including support, implementation, and upgrades preferred. |
