🌙 Charge Nurse (RN) – Full-Time, Night Shift
Ellsworth County Medical Center is seeking a full-time, night shift 🌙 Charge Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated inpatient and emergency team 🚑. The role of the Charge Nurse is to provide strong leadership 👩⚕️👨⚕️ to the Nursing department in support of ECMC’s mission, vision, and values 💙. This position supports the Executive Director of Nursing and Nurse Manager by establishing goals, improving workflow, and supervising staff to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:|
Education: |
Completed degree from an accredited school of nursing required |

Experience: |
Minimum 2 years’ experience in acute care nursing required. Demonstrated leadership and management experience preferred. |
