Schedule:
1:00 PM - 11:00 PM | Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
4 - day workweek - Wednesdays and weekends off!
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting pay: $18.00/hour
- $2.00/hour shift differential for hours worked between 6:00 M - 6:00
- 80 Hours PTO accrued in your first year

Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand and know the set up and cleanup operation of the packaging line.
- Accurately cut bulk blocks of cheese up to 50lbs.
- Maintain line speed as per supervisor's instructions.
- Inspect weight and seal retail packages of cheese.
- Accurately package 7.5 oz - 50 lb cuts into proper boxes.
- Assure proper labeling per order as set by the supervisor.
- Understand sanitation operations of the Packaging Department.
- Properly record Production and Quality data.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Maintain open communications with all departments.
- Maintain a sanitary workspace according to the company's Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Follow all current company policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively.
- Stand for up to 10 hours per shift.
- Pass a drug & alcohol screen as well as a general background check.
Work Environment:
You'll be working in a food production facility where safety and cleanliness are top priorities. This includes following all food safety guidelines and working with cleaning chemicals as part of sanitation procedures.
Requirements
- Dependability and punctuality a must.
- Ability to read and follow directions.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to ensure safe and efficient performance of job duties.
- Computer knowledge preferred but will train..
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Eagerness to learn and work in the dairy food industry.
