Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

Ellisville Rehab & Nursing is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing facility. We are looking for a strong leader who understands census growth, regulatory compliance, team development, customer service, and overall facility performance.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $130,000 – $160,000

Requirements

• Current LNHA license in Missouri (or ability to obtain reciprocity)

• Minimum 3–5 years of Nursing Home Administrator experience

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required

• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations

• Proven leadership, operational, and financial management skills

• Experience with survey readiness, census development, and team building preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day facility operations

• Lead department heads and develop a culture of accountability

• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations

• Drive census growth and overall facility performance

• Ensure high-quality resident care and customer satisfaction

• Manage budgets, labor, and financial performance

• Maintain survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and referral sources
