Your impact
- Lead, train, and mentor second-shift machinists
- Evaluate customer RFQs; generate accurate, timely quotes
- Define end-to-end machining processes for prototypes and production
- Program, set up, and run CNC mills and lathes; perform on-machine program edits
- Inspect parts to verify compliance with drawings and tolerances
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, dimensions, and notes
- Select fixtures, tooling, and workholding strategies
- Perform daily maintenance and resolve machine issues quickly
- Drive safety and ISO 9001/AS9100 compliance
- High school diploma or technical certificate (machining/manufacturing)
- 10 years on CNC lathes and mills
- Fluency in G- and M-code
- CNC programming capability; SurfCAM experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of shop safety protocols and procedures
- Excellent communicator and strong team collaborator
- CNC Programming
