You’ll own the Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama markets—supported by nine fellow Southeast service teammates—and keep premium CNC machining and turning centers performing at their best.
Imagine your week
- Monday: Commission a new machining center in Chattanooga and coach operators on startup.
- Wednesday: Chase down a hydraulic issue in Atlanta—scope the circuit, replace a component, and tune the servo loop.
- Friday: Perform PMs in Birmingham, update documentation, and brief the customer on best practices to prevent downtime.
What you’ll own
- Field service delivery: service calls, installations, and preventive maintenance across your local territory.
- End-to-end case ownership, including accurate customer records and technical documentation.
- On-site issue resolution, light training, and collaboration with sales for technical support.
- Professional, ethical representation of Ellison Technologies in every interaction.
- Related tasks as the work demands.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers—install, maintenance, and repair.
- Strength in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in heavy equipment repair.
- Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) for diagnostics and integration
- Servo motors and related motion systems
