- Local focus with variety—serve customers across a defined territory (Sioux Falls, Minneapolis, or Kansas City base) with emphasis on the Dakotas market.
- Latest technology—work on advanced CNC machining and turning centers.
- Supported from the start—vehicle allowance or company vehicle, company phone and laptop, fuel covered, and rapid reimbursements.
- Balanced travel—approximately 50% with paid travel; not a national road-warrior position.
- Execute on-site service: installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for CNC machine tools.
- Resolve technical issues and support the sales team with subject-matter expertise.
- Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and partners.
- Uphold Ellison Technologies’ professional and ethical standards.
- Own your queue: manage service cases/projects and maintain detailed records and technical documentation.
- Take on related tasks as assigned to meet customer and business needs.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers (install, repair, and maintenance).
- Diagnostic strength in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Car allowance or, in some cases, a company vehicle
