You will
- Perform field service, installations, and PMs on CNC equipment.
- Diagnose and repair issues across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Resolve customer concerns, assist with sales efforts, and provide on-site training as needed.
- Communicate clearly with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Represent Ellison Technologies with professionalism and ethics.
- Take ownership of service cases/projects and maintain accurate documentation and customer records.
- Support other related duties as assigned.
- Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and turning centers.
- Strong troubleshooting capability across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical domains.
- Car allowance, company cell phone, and laptop; gas expenses covered.
