By midweek you may be in Tennessee or Alabama, collaborating with nine fellow service pros who support the broader Southeast. With streamlined reporting and your fuel covered, you can concentrate on what you do best: solving problems and delighting customers.
Where You’ll Work
Local field coverage across Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama—serving a diverse mix of manufacturers using the latest machine tool technology.
What You’ll Do
- Own day‑to‑day field service: diagnosis, repair, and on‑site support for CNC machining and turning centers.
- Complete installations and scheduled preventive maintenance in the local market.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems to root cause.
- Help customers succeed: resolve issues, provide light end‑user training, and assist the sales team with technical insights.
- Communicate clearly with operators, engineers, and leadership at customer sites.
- Represent Ellison Technologies with professionalism and integrity in every interaction.
- Take ownership of cases and projects; maintain accurate customer records and technical documentation.
- Contribute wherever needed—additional related duties as assigned.
Tools & Support You’ll Have
- Company vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop.
- Fuel covered, plus systems that minimize paperwork so you can stay hands‑on with machines and customers.
- Back‑up from a knowledgeable service team—nine peers supporting the Southeast region.
What You Bring
- Hands‑on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
- Strong repair capability across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical domains.
