We’re on an exciting growth trajectory! With 7 attorneys on our team today, we’re adding an 8th attorney to our thriving Probate Department. This is a brand-new position created by our continued expansion — and we’re looking for the right passionate litigator to join us.
We’re Looking For:
- An experienced Trust & Estate Litigation Associate with strong courtroom skills and a solid background in Florida probate and trust administration, as well as litigation.
- Someone who excels at will contests, trust disputes, fiduciary litigation, guardianship matters, trust administration and probate proceedings.
- A collaborative attorney who understands these cases go far beyond legal technicalities — they’re about families, relationships, and safeguarding what matters most.
