Career Staffing Talent is recruiting on behalf of a nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm for a Fiduciary Litigation Paralegal to join their Private Client Services group in Boca Raton.
This role supports a sophisticated fiduciary litigation practice handling guardianship, estate and trust disputes, and related probate proceedings for individuals, families, banks, trust companies, and other institutional clients.
What You'll Be Doing
βοΈ Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, notices, and other litigation documents for attorney review
βοΈ Prepare correspondence to courts, judicial assistants, clients, beneficiaries, witnesses, and co-counsel
βοΈ Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and client meetings
βοΈ Manage client communications, including calls, emails, and case status updates
βοΈ Maintain electronic and physical case files and support hearing and trial preparation
βοΈ Handle Florida e-filing, e-service, e-recording, and related court submission requirements
βοΈ Review monthly prebills for accuracy and compliance with firm billing guidelines
βοΈ Support probate and trust administration matters from intake through closing, including drafting routine documents and organizing asset information
βοΈ Work closely with clients, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and outside advisors while tracking deadlines and follow-ups
What We're Looking For
βοΈ Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience in fiduciary litigation and guardianship matters
βοΈ Probate And Trust Administration Experience Preferred
βοΈ Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate required; ABA-approved training preferred
βοΈ Strong written and verbal communication skills with discretion in handling sensitive matters
βοΈ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
βοΈ Proficiency with the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal, Microsoft Office, and platforms such as Litify, iManage, Laurel, Aderant, or similar systems
