About the role
We’re partnering with a global investment management organization on a Manager, Payroll & Benefits opportunity supporting the North America region. This role sits within a highly collaborative People & Culture team and will oversee end-to-end payroll and benefits administration across the US and Canada, while partnering closely with global stakeholders across Reward, HR Operations, Finance, and Mobility. The opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys operating in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment with strong ownership across payroll operations, compliance, vendor management, and employee support.
Key areas of focus include:
- Managing end-to-end US & Canada payroll operations across multiple states and jurisdictions
- Acting as a key point of contact for payroll and benefits queries across the region
- Supporting benefits administration, renewals, and vendor coordination
- Partnering with global payroll, mobility, and HR teams on cyclical processes and projects
- Ensuring payroll, tax, and regulatory compliance across North America
- Supporting audits, reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives
- Managing relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and external vendors
The ideal profile will bring:
- Strong US payroll expertise with exposure to Canada payroll processes
- Experience across payroll, benefits, and HR operations within financial services or similarly regulated environments
- Knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance, taxation, and employee benefits administration
- Experience working with ADP platforms and outsourced payroll environments
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative, hands-on approach with strong stakeholder management capability
