The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly capable and autonomous HR Business Partner to serve as the sole HR lead for the region. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer (based in London), this role will play a critical part in transforming the People function from a fragmented regional structure into a consistent, high-performing global model.
This is a “stra-tactical” role—ideal for someone who can operate both strategically and hands-on—owning everything from senior stakeholder partnership and culture transformation to employee relations, payroll validation, and benefits administration.
This individual will be a key advisor to North American leadership, including the CEO, COO, and senior sales leaders, while helping stabilize the business and improve retention, engagement, and overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Serve as the sole HR Business Partner for North America, supporting approximately 90 employees
- Partner closely with executive leadership and senior sales leaders across the region
- Align regional HR execution with the broader global People strategy
- Drive initiatives focused on retention, engagement, culture, and performance improvement
- Support the business through continued transformation and future growth planning
Employee Relations & Performance
- Manage employee relations matters and resolve complex people challenges
- Coach managers and leaders across a young, high-performance, sales-driven workforce
- Support compensation reviews, promotions, and performance management processes
- Strengthen manager capability and leadership effectiveness
HR Operations & Delivery
- Own benefits strategy, including broker relationships, renewals, and implementation
- Oversee and validate payroll processing through ADP
- Manage HR policies, procedures, and compliance across North America
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, including benefits administration, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes
- Partner with shared services support teams and collaborate with L&D and Talent Acquisition functions
Candidate Profile:
- 4–6 years of HR Business Partner or broad generalist HR experience
Experience within:
- Recruitment/staffing firms (strongly preferred), OR
- Professional services, sales-led, or performance-driven environments
- Prior experience in standalone or highly autonomous HR roles
- Exposure to private equity-backed businesses is highly desirable

Compensation Range: USD 100,000 - 120,000 per annum
